Tarryn is an experienced HR Manager with over
9 years experience in HR in New Zealand. She has worked at large organisations across a myriad of industries including FMCG, Retail and Construction . She provides a practical and down to earth approach to HR Management. She has managed organisations through large scale change projects including technology implementations and restructuring. Her interest in technology and social media has lead to an investigation into how social media can be used to address issues in HRM. She holds a Masters degree specialising in HR Management as well as degrees in Behavioural Psychology and Industrial Psychology.
