Kerry Tattersall, CPPNZ HR

Kerry’s passion lies in organisational and people development; supporting businesses in the development, management and growth of people in their organisations. Kerry also has extensive experience in employment relations and specifically collective bargaining, personal grievances and complex disciplinary investigations. Kerry has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (UK), majoring in employment law and employee relations, a Diploma in Occupational Safety and
Health (NEBOSH) and is an accredited workplace coach through the Institute of Leadership and Management. Prior to joining Staples Rodway Hawke’s Bay, Kerry worked at a senior level business partnering within Human Resources for a global FMCG organisation.
Kerry passed HR Certification in April 2018.
Kylie Mouat, CPPNZ HR
Kylie is the Director of eight73Consulting. She says:

Nicki Raffills, CPPNZ HR
HR Consultant, eight73Consulting
Joining eight73 Consulting in October 2014, Nicki Raffills background is in executive administration, business frameworks, event & project management and communication. She held a number of executive assistant and project roles with the likes of Telecom, Fonterra and Westpac.
In these roles Nicki dabbled in HR and had a good understanding of the processes, after a short time at eight73 Consulting, Nicki began to take on her own client portfolio working with a variety of small to medium businesses in King Country including ECE Centres, Hospitality, farming suppliers, transport and electrical sectors.
Providing a variety of services including end to end recruitment, IEA preparation, performance review frameworks, and supporting clients in performance management, disciplinary and restructure, Nicki partners with her clients providing support as if she was a member of the team. Nicki is based three days a week with a key client providing in house HR and Business support.
In her spare time, Nicki leads the Fundraising Committee for Maihiihi School and is a member of the Otorohanga Parent Education Group. Nicki moved from Auckland to Otorohanga in 2010 when she married a farmer and became a full time Mum. She has three children, 2 grown up girls and a son who keeps her busy with his Motor-

Tarryn van Niekerk, CPPNZ HR
HR Consultant, easyHR
Tarryn is an experienced Human Resources Manager with over 10 years experience in Human Resources in New Zealand.
She has worked at large organisations across a range of industries including FMCG, Construction and Retail. She provides a practical and down to earth approach to Human Resources that stems from doing what works in the business rather than just implementing the latest trend.
She has managed organisations through large scale change projects including technology implementations and restructuring. She holds a Masters degree specialising in Human Resources Management as well as degrees in Behavioural Psychology and Industrial Psychology. She founded easyHR in 2017.
Tarryn has been on the APPNZ HR Advisory Panel since 2016 and passed HR Certification in June 2018.
Rachael Bryant, CPPNZ L&D

Rachael Bryant, Director of ignite people strategies, has over 20 years business experience in human resources and organisational development, bringing strengths from experience across a range of industries.
Commercially savvy with a down to earth and practical approach, she works as a partner and trusted advisor to support change and growth in individuals, teams and organisations.
Rachael is an experienced and engaging facilitator and coach. Her areas of expertise include coaching for increased effectiveness and performance, individual and team development, learning facilitation, culture and engagement, and change management.
She also has demonstrated success building and leading highly engaged and high performing teams.
Rachael passed Learning & Development Certification in August 2018. Rachael also works as the Webinar Manager for APPNZ and is on the Learning Advisory Panel.
